26-year-old Derek Cruice was no drug kingpin. Cruice was shot in the face and soon after died March 4th when a Volusia Sheriffs Deputy served a "No Knock" warrant for alleged small-time pot on the premises. Deputy Todd Raible, of the Sheriff's Office SWAT Team, shot Cruice in the face as the SWAT team came through the door of the residence at 6:30 a.m..
